Exploits include any behavior that leverages unintended game behavior (e.g., glitches) to give the player an advantage compared to other players not leveraging this behavior. Exploits include but are not limited to things like resource/item duplication or invincibility glitches.
Players who take advantage of exploits without reporting them to us will face consequences that may include suspension of their Soulbound account and removal from our Discord community. Players who report triggering an exploit to us will be safe from these consequences. Players who provide concrete reproduction steps on exploits so that the team can quickly troubleshoot them will be rewarded in game with items and/or resources commensurate to the severity of the exploit.
We encourage players to report any potential exploits to us privately via an in-game support ticket.
Guidelines for Reporting Exploits
After opening a support ticket to report an exploit, please include the following information
A summary of what the exploit does, how it provides an unfair advantage, and how to perform it.
A step by step list including the conditions and actions necessary to produce the exploit.
How frequently following the provided steps in the relevant conditions will trigger the described exploit.
Screenshots or screen recordings of the exploit being performed and its results, if possible.
A timestamp of when you last reproduced the exploit so that team members can retrieve the appropriate logs.
If applicable, evidence that other players are abusing the reported exploit to gain an unfair advantage. This could include screenshots, screen recordings, and/or player names and timestamps of when these players used the exploit.
